HOW IT WORKS
Once you click that buy button and pay your "dues," our small team of 5 gets to work. We usually ship within 24-48 hours. From there, it's in the hands of the postal service.
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a tracking number. You can then spend your work hours refreshing the tracking page instead of checking your emails. You're welcome.
STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES?
If the porch pirates get to it before you do, or if it disappears into the logistics void, don't panic. Email us with your order number—we're real people, not bots, and we'll work with you and the carrier.
ARRIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
That's handled under our Return & Refund Policy—not the same as a lost package. Email support@SarcasticDesk.com within 30 days of delivery with photos. We reply within 48 hours. Do not return anything until we send you an authorized return address.
